Step One:

Step One requires that you complete the agent application which can be found at: https://sol3.workingsol.com

This process will allow you to provide your basic information, complete two short essay type paragraphs, and upload your resume.

Step Two:

This next step required a short 15 minute test.  Which basically asked you to write a paragraph on what you would do in a certain situation.  There were also a few multiple choice questions, and a audio quiz that asked you to listen to the audio and then in a few words document the important fact from the conversation.
