I followed the survey to the end, which took about 6 to 8 minutes.  When I tried to click on the submit at the end of the survey nothing happened.  I was unable to submit the information that I had put in.  I am not sure how this work at home will go.  But I will try another survey to be sure that maybe it was not just an oversight.
