Building your Wordpress Blog

     Here I will share with you the step by step process I used in building a word press blog and increasing traffic to my blog.    Some sections of  my step by step process were planned, other parts were learned though trial and error, but mostly I absorbed myself in the successful teachings of well known gurus in the industry and made changes when necessary.

       Using personal knowledge, research, trial and error, I  carefully noted my results every step of the way , while building my  wordpress blog.   I wanted to keep this information as clear and precise as possible in order to be able to share this information with you.

Day one:  I started this blog on work at home because some of my associates and I had been discussing issues regarding work at home craft programs....the failures and the successes. 

Most of my team have been in the work at home business for 20 years or more, and we wanted to share our advice and experiences with our visitors to keep "you" from making the same mistakes others have made.

So two of us collaborated in starting a wordpress blog, and sharing our experiences, resources and information that may be helpful to you.  If you have read the blog you will find that our passions are work at home, and my particular passion has to do with religion.  Therefore, we have combine Two Topic and Two Writers to discuss things they are passionate about.

Passion for a topic is definitely your first step in getting your blog started .  Choosing a  topic of discussion that you are passionate about. can make the difference whether your blog is successful or not. 

How do you find your passion, you might ask.....

Think about  your regular conversation and find the topic that you find yourself always  about without thinking,   When you visit the local library, what section do you most often find yourself spending most of your time in.  Your understanding of what it is you are most passionate about, is your number one key

to getting started on your wordpress blog.

Why  WordPress?

        You may have noticed that I have repeatedly mentioned "wordpress" blog.  This is mainly because I use wordpress, however in most of my research into best Blogs, wordpress stands outt over others like Bloggers, Movable Type, Typepad and more.
